Juan Andrés studied Law in the first half of the 80's, in the University of Seville, and in the meantime he made frequent language training trips to different countries that marked him with a deep international outlook. At the end of his University degree, Spain was in the door to entry to the EEC, so he trained and specialized in Community Matters.

That same year he began working at the Confederation of Employers of Andalusia (CEA), where he headed the department of International Relations and participated in the design of many actions and programs to promote the internationalization of SMEs.

After a break of three years in the French Financial and Insurance Group MAAF, where he acquires a solid background in marketing and where he reaches to assist to the CEO, he returns to CEA, where he gets the position of Assistant of the Secretary Manager and manages all the Departments of Services and Projects of CEA (Training, International Relations, Environment, Quality, Entrepreneurship, Financing SMEs and Technology Advisory Office). In almost all these topics has lectured and written articles or papers.

In 2002 Juan Andrés founded Globoempresa Technical Assistance where he has contributed to the internationalization of over 50 companies in 20 different markets. He has also advised numerous Spanish and foreign institutions in the areas mentioned above.

As part of many institutions, Juan Andrés has been a member of the Spanish Council of Vocational Training, the National Council for the Promotion of Foreign Trade, the Trade Promotion Council of the CEOE, Technical Advisor to the second group of the Economic and Social Council of Spain on International topics, member of the board table for the control of the Plans of Internationalization of businesses and the economy of Andalusia (I, II and III), among other responsibilities.
