Description:
The main objective of the project "Strengthening Program Organizations in Central America" ​​was to improve the living conditions of citizens in the countries under cooperation (Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador and Panama) by strengthening their business organizations to serve as a tool and a tool for improving the competitiveness of SMEs. In addition to the internal aspects of organizations (image, services, financial condition, representation, etc..), Treated to sensitize them on the importance of establishing a social dialogue process and play an active role in social and economic development of their respective countries. To this end, Globoempresa developed a methodology based on the performance of several missions of independent experts and advisers who would like multiple deliverable results.

Description:
Project developed for the Foundation for the Development of Guatemala (FUNDESA) aimed at increasing the competitiveness of touristic micro enterprises in several areas of Guatemala (Antigua, Peten, Coban and Linvingstone) through technical assistance and training services, as well as the creation of Centers of Tourism (called CETS). In these centers, the entrepreneurs were trained to know and use the tools, methods and methodologies for achieving competitiveness and quality standards required to compete into the market, and also they learned how to apply these methods in the use of IT for the promotion and sales of their services.

     
     
SOCIAL DIALOGUE FOR THE PEACE IN COLOMBIA

Description:
This was one of the first meetings held between workers and employers in Colombia. Globoempresa staff was involved in the event, to explain the benefits of the model Tripartite Dialogue and Cooperation (Government-Unions-Employers) and the positive impact that its development and implementation has had for the Community of Andalusia.

Description:
Globoempresa collaborated in the design of this project for the Chamber of Commerce of Malaga along with partners from the Chambers of Commerce of Marseilles, Tangier and Tunisia, with the aim of creating a European network of cooperation in the tourism sector with high added value. The ultimate goals of the project were to increase the flow of Foreign Direct Investment from north to south of the Mediterranean region in order to make Tourism become an engine of sustainable economic and social development of the beneficiary countries. On the other hand, is intended to establish some connection points for the promotion of North-South and South-South international business cooperation, in order to generate synergies between productive systems of the tourism sector of the region and also to promote the growth of tourism market in the Mediterranean region.

     
     
STRENGTHENING THE STRUCTURE OF PRIVATE EMPLOYER SERVICES OF POLAND

Description:
Technical Assistance to the Polish employers association (PKPP) aimed at transfering the know-how acquired by the Confederation of Businessmen of Andalusia in the management of the Structural Funds of the European Union. Following the entry of Poland into the EU, the PKPP could apply for funds to finance training and increasing the competitiveness of the Polish production.

  TOURISM MARKET ANALYSIS TRAINING COURSE FOR TECHNICIANS OF THE MINISTRIES OF THE MEDITERRANEAN COUNTRIES

Description:
As part of the creation of the Euro-Mediterranean Centre for Knowledge, Innovation and Tourism Training, Globoempresa participated in the training of technicians from the Ministries of Tourism from 11 Mediterranean countries such as Jordan, Turkey, Tunisia and Egypt, on the tourism market analysis. It was a 50 hours training and was held at the headquarters of CIOMIJAS Training Centre in Malaga. The course included modules on strategic analysis of tourism, the different types of tourism (MICE, rural, cultural, etc.), and the framework of support for regional tourism policy.
