INTERNAZIONALIZATION STRATEGY


Client: Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of the Province of Malaga.
Sector: Euro-Mediterranean Centre for Knowledge, Information and Tourism Training.

Description: 

In the process of broader strategic advice, Globoempresa designed and implemented the Euro-Mediterranean Centre, for the Chamber of Commerce. The main objectives were: to place Malaga as a reference within the tourism sector in the Mediterranean region and consolidate the Center as a tool of international cooperation through the transfer of "know how" of tourism, between the entrepreneurs of Malaga and the developing countries of the region. With this purpose, we created a Web Portal, designed specific content, training activities were conducted funded by AECID, developed international cooperation projects financed by the European initiative Invest in Med, reached the presidency of the Tourism Association Commission of Mediterranean Chambers of Commerce (ASCAME), and we also arranged the Mediterranean Tourism Fair, MEDITOUR, among other activities.

Project: Annual General Meeting of the Association of Mediterranean Chambers of Commerce, ASCAME.

Description:
Globoempresa collaborated with the Chamber of Commerce of Malaga in the design and organization of the annual meeting of ASCAME at the Palace of Congresses and Exhibitions of this Andalusian city. The event was opened by HM King Juan Carlos I. Furthermore, had the presence of D. Manuel Chaves, President of the Junta de Andalucía, José Montilla, Minister of Industry, Tourism and Commerce, Javier Gómez Navarro, former President of the Council of Chambers of Commerce of Spain, among others.

Project: Guidelines to Invest in Latin America

Description:

Globoempresa developed a full report of guidelines to invest in Latin America in order to provide the Andalusian entrepreneurs with a tool to assist in their business abroad. This is a guide to Andalusian companies on possible ways of financing and aid eligible at regional, national, multilateral and destination level in the Latin American countries. More info.

  TERRITORIAL PROMOTION PLANS AND INVESTMENT ATTRACTION


Client: City Council of Córdoba
Project: Socioeconomic Development Plan of the city of Córdoba
Date: 2008

Description:
he Municipal Institute of Economic Development and Employment of Córdoba detected a significant deficiency in attracting foreign investment to the city. The main reason was the absence of an adequate Promotion Plan of the Socioeconomic offer of Córdoba. In order to achieve the objectives set by the authorities and leaders of the city, Globoempresa developed a document where were designed lines of action, a planning and a total budget.
