Client: Grupo Andaluz de Inversiones Turísticas S.A, GAITSA
Field of activity: Hotel management and Real Estate.

    Results:
    The market research conducted by Globoempresa resulted in the purchase of a hotel in the Costa Rican Caribbean and a promotion of 82 apartments in the province of Samana in the Dominican Republic. In addition, we have studied opportunities in Santa Marta, Colombia, and Antigua Guatemala .

      DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE FOR INTERNATIONALIZATION


    Client: BOGARIS
    Field of activity : Food Industry
    Date : 2011 - 2012

    Objectives:
    • Benefit from expert advice to help Bogaris to plan the internationalization process.
    • Improving the knowledge of Bogaris about the company itself, its strengths and weaknesses in order to identify its true international potential.
    • Identify priority markets.
    • Properly planning the trip abroad.
    • Learning more public support programs that suit the actions the company plans to make in the context of the internationalization process.

    Results:
    Globoempresa made ​​a full report on the potential internationalization of Bogaris  of Agriculture, in the olive oil sector. We made a prioritization of the most important markets in order to design a list of strategies, and a comprehensive action plan for the timeframe established. Thus Bogaris could have a document that summarized its current state, competitive advantage and ability to internationalize their offer, knowing the most interesting markets and competitive strategies.

         
         
    INTERNATIONALIZATION PLAN


    Client: ACCION FORESTAL
    Field of activity : Forestry and environmental engineering
    Date : June 2010 – November 2011

    Objectives:
    In the last quarter of 2009, AF Forestry Action completed his diagnostic process to identify its potential of internationalization under the Extenda Diagnosis program, funded by the Trade Promotion Agency of Andalusia. As a result of this work, there were identified a number of strengths and weaknesses of the company that provided the basis for an international action plan. One of the major weaknesses in the company was the lack of knowledge of the foreign markets and the lack of an international culture, so AF Forestry Action decided to professionalize their output abroad relying on external consultants to support the planning and execution of the first steps towards the outside. Thus, AF Forestry Action signed a contract with Globoempresa in order to face its internationalization process.


    Results:
    • Planning and quantification of the internationalization process of AF Forest Action, starting with some horizontal measures, before starting the commercial work through direct and / or inverse missions, which we understand has led to a saving of efforts and money.
    • Structuring the international department.
    • Strengthening training and market information weaknesses.
    • Strengthening language weaknesses to the company profiles directly related to internationalization.
    • Beginning of activities and research in two target countries: Panama and Poland.

    Description:
    Formación Digital is an e-learning and new technologies company based in Seville. It has great strengths for internationalization, which has been implemented in several Latin American countries (Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Colombia). After several years in foreign markets, Formación Digital concluded that they should meditate on their strategy, with the aim of redefining the actions that were carried out and develop new ideas for the future, with a clear objective: Place Formación Digital as the leader elearning reference in the Americas. With this goal, Globoempresa is currently running this strategic thinking process in order to work, in a second stage, in the design of a new Internationalization Plan and conduct a comprehensive commercial support for FD.

         
         
    FINDING FUNDS FOR THE INTERNATIONALIZATION



    Client: GRUPO CUERVA
    Field of activity: Electric Power
    Date : Septiembre 2007 – Marzo 2009

    Objectives:
    In 2007 Globoempresa performed a study of the possible funding resources and financial support programs for the international investments of Grupo Cuerva, especially in the case of Panama and renewable energies. In this country, the Group had acquired the administrative concession for the management of electricity from a hydroelectric basin. 


     

    Results:
    After analyzing all financial instruments, the company decided to go for COFIDES. With the help of Globoempresa, CUERVA GROUP managed to incorporate to their social capital an important contribution of COFIDES and sign an agreement to purchase again its shares in a 9 years time. Furthermore, it was possible that the IADB agreed to participate in the loan needed to build the electric plant.
